【摘要】微生物耐药性己严重威胁着人类的健康，对微生物耐药性的分子机制研究有助于合理应用抗生素、控制耐药株感染。本文分析了获得性耐药性的机制，对微生物耐药性的解决方法及对发展前景进行了展望。
