【摘要】目的：建立了刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中紫丁香苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定，使用Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm)色谱柱,流动相：甲醇-水(20:80),流速:0.8ml/min,检测波长:265nm。结果：紫丁香苷在20.56μg/ml~205.6μg/ml范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.12%, RSD= 1.8%(n=5)。结论该法操作简便、准确、重现性好，可作刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊 中紫丁香苷的质量控制方法。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish a HPLC method for the determination of Syringin in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule. MethodsThe HPLC method was used at a Diamonsil C18 column as analytical column, with the mobile phase of methanol-water (20:80). The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 265nm. Results The concentration of Syringin was linearly related to its peak area in the range of reference substance of was 20.56μg/ml~205.6μg/ml (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 98.12% (RSD=1.8%(n=5)). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and the results are stable with good reproducibility,so it can be used for the quality control of Syringin in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule. ......
