【摘要】目的：了解我省医院营养科目前的工作现状及工作模式，并对其中存在的问题进行分析，为相关法规的制定及推动临床营养工作的进一步发展提供理论依据。研究方法：设计《山东省营养科现状调查表》，对山东省30所医院临床营养工作开展情况进行调查，并将调查数据进行统计分析。研究结果：大多数医院营养师配置人数均未达到相应等级标准，开展的业务项目较局限，许多医院无专职营养医师，营养专业人员严重缺乏。此外，营养科的主管部门较混乱，主要取决于各医院院领导的决定。结论：目前山东省临床营养工作的开展依然不容乐观，临床营养的归属，营养医师的工作职责及临床营养的发展方向等问题均有待进一步规范。

The investigation of the status of Hospitals'clinical nutrition in Shandong province

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the status and work mode of Hospitals'clinical nutrition in our province. Analysis the reason that affects the development of clinical nutritional in order to provide theoretical basis for the related laws and regulations formulated and promoting the further development in clinical nutrition.Methods：The schedule table of hospital clinical nutrition state was designed.The information of clinical nutrition was invested in 30 hospitals and the data was analyzed.Results：The numbers of dietitians were not matched to the corresponding ranks of hospitals, the working range was limited. Nutrition professional staffs were famine. In addition, the problem that which branch nutritional department belonged to was confusion. Conclusion：The status of clinical nutrition were not well in most hospitals in Shandong province. There are many problems needs to be solved, such as the nature of clinical nutrition, the responsibility of dietitian and the development of clinical nutrition et al.

临床营养学是现代医学综合治疗中不可缺少的组成部分，随着医学科学技术的发展和我国国民经济水平的不断提高，其在疾病治疗与康复、保健中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是由于诸多因素，临床营养工作远远滞后于现代化医院的发展需要，且全国各地发展极不平衡。本研究对山东省部分医院的临床营养工作开展状况进行了调查，并对其中存在的问题进行分析，为相关法规的制定及推动临床营养工作的进一步发展提供理论依据[1]。
1 资料与方法
1.1 在查阅文献、专家咨询的基础上自制《山东省营养科现状调查表》调查问卷作为研究工具。
1.2 将调查表分发至各医院，由该院营养师或主管部门填写，包括15所三级医院(其中教学医院、地方医院和企业职工医院各5所)和15所二级医院(教学医院、地方医院和企业职工医院各5所)。如山东省立医院、齐鲁医院、千佛山医院、山东省中医院、临沂市人民医院、潍坊市人民医院、潍坊医学院附属医院、莱钢总医院、山东省交通医院、东营市胜利油田中心医院等30家医院。
1.3 收集资料进行统计分析

2.1 营养科(室)设置及在医院的定位情况 见表1。
2.2 营养科(室)营养专业人员的基本情况：
2.2.1 年龄和性别：年龄<30岁的33人，占49%；30~45岁的23人，占34%；>45岁的12人，占17%。男性占14%。
2.2.2 专业技术职称构成：从事营养科工作人员的职称参照医师系列，或仍保留原从事的技术职称。68名营养专业人员中级技术职称占36%，初级职称占64%。 ......
