【摘要】目的：探讨糖尿病合并重症胰腺炎的非手术治疗护理方法。方法：通过临床资料，治疗胰岛素的使用，并发症的护理，饮食护理、运动、心理护理、健康教育等方面讨论。结果：经保守治疗病情得到了很好控制，提高了患者生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective：To discuss the nonsurgical nursing method of diabetes mellitus complicated with severe pancreatitis. Method: To study the relating clinical material , the usage of curing insulin, the nursing of complication, the diet nursing , the required exercise, the psychological nursing and the health education. Results: After the conservative treatment , the patient's condition were well controlled and their life quality was improved.
