【摘要】目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者应用胰岛素笔注射的依从性的影响因素。方法：采用自行设计问卷对200例Ⅱ型糖尿病人进行调查。结果：200例的调查中56例依从性者，依从率占25%，有44例依从性差者，不依从率占78%，应用胰岛素笔依从性好的病人对疾病相关知识认知程度明显优于依从性差的患者，两组对疾病相关知识程度比较，有统计学意义，P<0.05.结论对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者加强健康教育，增强糖尿病对疾病和治疗的认识，提高应用胰岛素笔注射患者的依从性，提高治疗率。
