【摘要】在人性化的护理理念支持下，护士融合各种知识，用适当的方法来满足病人的需求。人性化护理在手术室的应用，目的是为围手术期病人创造良好的条件，保障手术患者的安全，使手术顺利进行，严格控制差错事故的发生，让手术室工作更好地为医疗为社会服务。因此，人性化护理的对象不仅是手术患者，同时也包括了手术者。手术室护士在工作中应探索每个阶段不同角色的心理规律，用最佳的心理护理措施来影响不同角色的心理活动。【关键词】人性化；手术；作用
