【摘要】中医药学是中华民族几千年与疾病作斗争实践经验的结晶，为中华民族的繁衍昌盛做出了非凡的贡献，由于医疗模式、医学发展和教育变革的多重冲击，中医教育受到了前所未有的挑战。如何能培养合格的中医高等人才，传承和发扬中医事业，提高教育教学质量，我们对于中医临床人才培养模式进行了大量的研究和实践，通过修定完善才培养计划、优化课程体系和教学内容，改革培养模式、教学方式和方法等一系列措施，积极探索适用于现代中医院校教育的中医临床人才培养模式。【关键词】中医；高等教育；培养模式；创新
