【摘要】目的:了解1992～2007年新建县麻疹流行特征，为控制麻疹流行和制订控制措施提供科学依据。方法对新建县1992～2007年历年法定传染病月报表、年汇总表及麻疹个案调查表进行整理，对麻疹的流行情况进行了分析。结果1992～2007年新建县共发生麻疹733例，总发病率为7.2/10万。1998年发生过一次流行，发病率达25.56/10万,之后出现隔年出现一次小流行,发病高峰集中在春夏季节的3～6月份。发病率最高为乐化镇,发病率为18.05/10万。高发年龄组依次为0～5岁。男性与女性发病率为9.15/10万、5.05/10万。麻疹高发人群主要为散居儿童和学生。结论 提高人群的接种率、2次接种率、疫苗成功率、切实做到消除空白免疫，同时提前麻疹疫苗初种时间，加强麻疹的监控，控制高危人群、高发地区的发病，进而消除发病。

Analysis of Epidemiological Characteristic of Measles in Xinjian County in1992~2007

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo understand measles epidemic characteristics in Xinjian county in 1992~2007, in order to control the epidemic of measles and control measures for the formulation to provide a scientific basis. MethodsData from 1992 to 2007 Monthly Report of infectious Diseases, the annual summary and measles cases collated questionnaires in Xinjian county, analyzed the prevalence of measles. Results733 cases of measles occurred from 1992 to 2007 in Xinjian county. The rate of measles is 7.2/10 million. There occurred an epidemic in 1998, the rate of measles is 25.56/10 million. A small epidemic appears in two years. The rate peak of measles concentrated in the spring and summer from 3 to 6 month. The highest rate of measles town is Lehua, the rate is 18.05/10million.The highest rate of measles aged groups is 0~5 year-old group. The rate of male and female are 9.15, 5.05/10million respectively. The crowds with higher rate of measles are mainly scattered children and students. ConclusionsIncrease the population coverage rate of vaccination, 2 times the rate of vaccination, the success rate of vaccine, and make sure that the elimination of gaps in immunization of measles vaccine at the same time in advance of the beginning of time, strengthen measles surveillance and control high-risk groups, high-incidence areas. Eliminated of measles incidence.
