【摘要】目的：探讨中西药结合治疗小儿高热惊厥的临床疗效和特点。方法：回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年12月60例高热惊厥患儿的临床资料，将之分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组为采用中西药结合疗法的患儿资料，对照组为单纯采用西药疗法的患儿资料。结果：治疗组止惊、开始退热与完全退热的时间均优于对照组。结论：中西药结合治疗小儿高热惊厥疗效优于单纯采用西药疗法，值得临床推广应用。

    A clinical analysis of treating Infantile Febrile Convulsion for 60 child patients with Chinese medicine and western medicine

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics and the clinical curative effect intreating Infantile Febrile Convulsion with Chinese medicine and western medicine Methods: Review and analyze the clinical data of 60 Infantile Febrile Convulsion children from January 2000 to December 2010,who had been divided into treatment group 30 which accepted Chinese medicine with western medicine and compare group 30 which accepted western medicine only. Results: The time of treatment group began to stop convulsion and hypothermia is earlier than compare group.
