【摘要】 目的：探讨液氮冷冻法对婴幼儿皮肤草莓状血管瘤治疗及护理。方法：对我院2008年3月~2009年12月130例婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤采用接触式液氮冷冻法治疗病例，同时加强患儿及家长的心里护理和围治疗期的护理。结果：痊愈108例，显效18例，有效2例，无效2例，有效率为98.5%。结论：液氮冷冻法是治疗草莓状血管瘤的有效方法，重点在于防止感染和出血，因此，护理是治疗婴幼儿皮肤草莓状血管瘤成功的关键。
