【摘要】目的 ： 讨论不同程度羊水过少对足月妊娠结局的影响，以选择及时正确的终止妊娠的方法。方法 ： 选取我院2008年7月至2010年7月在我院产科住院足月单胎分娩的羊水过少的产妇200例，根据羊水指数(AFI)分为两组：A组羊水指数《5cm诊断为羊水过少组，B组羊水指数>5cm而《8cm，诊断为可疑羊水过少组，分别比较A、B两组的妊娠结局。结果： 根据羊水指数划分的A、B两组在围产儿的结局及分娩方式上有差异，A组的剖宫产率高于B组，围产儿的结局发生羊水粪然、新生儿窒息，胎儿窘迫以及低体重儿A组亦高过B组。结论：B超是可靠的检测羊水过少的手段，诊断为羊水过少者终止妊娠的方式以剖宫产为宜，而可疑羊水过少者，可在严密监护胎儿情况下阴道试产。

【Abstract】 Objective： To discuss the different degrees of oligohydramnios on full-term pregnancy outcome, to select the correct and timely method of termination of pregnancy.hospital obstetric delivery in term singleton pregnancies maternal oligohydramnios in 200 cases, according to amniotic fluid index (AFI) is divided into two groups: A group of amniotic fluid index “5cm diagnosis The oligohydramnios group, B group of amniotic fluid index of> 5cm and ”8cm, a diagnosis of suspected oligohydramnios groups were compared A, B groups of pregnancy outcome. Results： According to the amniotic fluid index by A, B groups in perinatal outcome, and there are differences in the mode of delivery, A Group B Group in the cesarean section rate and perinatal outcome of natural occurrence of meconium, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress A group of low birth weight children, and also higher than the B group. Conclusion： B Ultra is a reliable means of detecting oligohydramnios, oligohydramnios diagnosed by way of termination of pregnancy by cesarean section is appropriate, and who suspected oligohydramnios may be the case in the intensive care vaginal fetal trial production.

羊水过少是产科的临床常见的并发症之一，易引起胎儿宫内缺氧，可严重影响围产儿的预后。随着B型超声的广泛应用，羊水过少的诊断率显著提高，妊娠晚期B超监测羊水量筛查羊水过少有着重要意义[1]。本文主要讨论不同程度的羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响，正确处理不同程度羊水过少的分娩方式，既能保证围产儿的预后又可避免不必要的剖宫产，减少剖宫产率。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料选择我院2008年7月至2010年7月在我院产科住院足月分娩单胎头位的200例产妇，产妇年龄20-38岁，孕次-3，产次1-2，初产妇150例，经产妇50例，孕周37-42周，羊水指数《8cm ,可疑羊水过少140例，羊水过少60例，两组产妇均无妊娠合并症及胎膜早破。
