【摘要】目的:探讨社区护理干预对心理障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法:对辖区内2009年1月到2011年1月痊愈出院的100例心理障碍患者为研究对象，进行系统社区护理，选取非辖区内同期出院的100例心理障碍患者为对照组，进行传统随访护理。结果:两组复发率比较社区护理组低于传统随访组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。结论:社区康复护理能减少心理障碍患者复发，能提高患者的生活质量，减轻社会功能残疾程度。

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the community-based rehabilitation nursing of patients with mood disorder effects. Methods: The area in January 2009 to December 2010 of 100 cases of cured patients with mood disorders as the research object, the system of community care, select non-jurisdiction over the same period 100 cases of discharged patients with mood disorders for the control group, the traditional follow-up care. Results: The relapse rate compared two groups of community care group than in the traditional follow-up group (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion: The community-based rehabilitation nursing can reduce recurrence in patients with mood disorders can improve quality of life of patients, reducing the social function of the degree of disability. ......
