【摘要】目的:对比硫酸镁和硫酸镁+丹参对重度子痫前期的临床治疗效果进行对照观察。方法:对需保守治疗的重度子痫前期患者78例随机分为二组。硫酸镁组(A组)39例,硫酸镁+丹参组(B组)39例,观察两组血压下降、尿蛋白、水肿等情况。结果 A组、B组用药24小时、48小时、72小时后,平均动脉压下降明显,与用药前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但二组用药前及用药后24小时、48小时、72小时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组减轻水肿的效果较A组更明显(P<0.05)。二组保守治疗时间、终止妊娠孕周、差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二组用药后均无严重药物不良反应发生。但两组之间胎心改变和新生儿窒息发生率有显薯差异(P<0.05)。结论 硫酸镁+丹参与单用硫酸镁组治疗重度子痫前期疗效相近,但加用丹参后,减少硫酸镁用量能达到相同的治疗效果,且发生胎心改变和新生儿窒息明显减少,可推广使用。

Analyze 78 cases of serious preeclampsia curative effect

【Abstract】Objective To compare curative effect in clinical observation of using Bitter salt and use Bitter salt plus Salvia miltiorrhiza to treatment serious preeclampsia.Methods 78 cases of serious preeclampsia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 39 cases only used Bitter salt(Group A ). Other 39 cases used Bitter salt plus Salvia miltiorrhiza(Group B ). Observe the situation from each group as to their blood pressure dropping,urokinase protein,oedema etc.Result After using medicine for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours,Group A and Group B patients' average blood pressure dramatically declined, comparing with the pretherapy differences which were statistically significant (p<0.05). But comparing the differences between the situation before using medicine and that after using medicine for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours has no statistical significance.(P> 0.05). Group B is more effective in reducing edema. Both groups difference in conservative treatment time, termination of pregnancy weeks of gestation are no statistically significant (P> 0.05). Both groups have no severe adverse drug reactions after treatment. But fetal heart rate change and neonatal asphyxia variability from two groups were significant different (P <0.05).Conclusion Using Bitter salt and using Bitter salt plus Salvia miltiorrhiza to treat serious preeclampsia are similar effect. But adding Salvia miltiorrhiza can reduce the amount of Bitter salt to reach the same effect, and the occurrence of fetal heart rate changes and neonatal asphyxia are obviously reduced, which can be widely used ......
