【摘要】目的:探讨“Y”形跟骨钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的手术方法、疗效及并发症。方法:使用“Y”形跟骨钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型53例64足，采取跟骨外侧入路，35足采用自体髂骨植骨。结果:按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能，本组病例总体优良率达85.9%。结论 切开复位“Y”形钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一个较好的方法，切口设计、植骨、准确复位及坚强固定等可以减少并发症的发生。

    Internal fixation treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures with Y-shaped calcaneal anatomic plate

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo discussthemethod, resultsandcompicationsofY-shapecalcaneal anatomic plate internal fixation treatment intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods64 cases in 53 patients of intra-articular calcaneal fractures(Type of Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ ) were treated with open reduction and Y-shaped calcaneal anatomic plate internal fixation treatment. They were treated throrgh the extensile lateral approach, and 35 cases were treated with autologous lium grafting. Results The foot functions were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score, the total excellent and fine rate was 85.9%. ConclusionOpen reduction andY-shaped calcaneal anatomic plate internal fixation treatment intra-articular calcaneal fractures is a good menthod, serious complication can be minimized by incision design, accuracy reduction, bone graft and rigid fixation. ......
