【摘要】 目的：探讨中西药结合治疗青春期功血的临床疗效和特点。方法：回顾性分析30例青春期功血患者的临床资料，将之分为治疗组15例和对照组15例，治疗组为采用中西药结合疗法的患者资料，对照组为单纯采用西药疗法的患者资料。结果：治疗组痊愈10例，显效3例，有效1例，无效1例，总有效率为93.3%；对照组痊愈7例，显效3例，有效2例，无效3例，总有效率为80%。结论：中西药结合治疗青春期功血疗效优于单纯西药疗法。

    A clinical analysis of treating adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding for 30 patients with Chinese medicine and western medicine

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the characteristics and the clinical curative effect intreating adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Chinese medicine and western medicine Methods: Review and analyze the clinical data of 30 adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients, who had been divided into treatment group 15 which accepted Chinese medicine with western medicine treating and compare group 15 which accepted western medicine only. Results: 10 cases healed, 3 cases just show curative effect, 1 case was effective, 1 case was invalid in treatment group. The total effective rate was 93.3%. 7 cases healed, 3 cases just show curative effect, 2 cases was effective, 3 cases was invalid in compare group. The total effective rate was 80%. Conclusions: The effect in treating adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than western medicine only. ......
