【摘要】目的:分折多囊卵巢综合征( polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)促排卵的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析我院治疗的148例PCOS患者的临床资料。依照不同的用药方式分五组治疗,进行结果对照。A组:采用克罗米芬(CC)加绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)28例;B组:采用人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)加绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)36例; C组:采用克罗米芬(CC)加地塞米松38例;D组:采用克罗米芬(CC)加口服二甲双胍48例; E组:促性腺激素释放激素激动剂加人绝经期促性腺激素加绒毛膜促性腺激素GnRHa-HMg-HCG 8例。 结果:A组(CC/HCG)妊娠率18%; B组(HMG/HCG)妊娠率22.2%; C组(CC/Dexame)妊娠率23.6%; D组(CC)加口服二甲双胍妊娠率为25%; E组(GnRHa-HMg-HCG)妊娠率50%。结论:相对其它四组,GnRHa-HMg-HCG方法对PCOS患者的治疗效果最佳,该治疗方式能有效提高PCOS患者妊娠率,可以临床应用推广。

Anlysis of the stimulate ovulation therapy about 148 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of stimulating ovulation toward the patitents with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).METHODS: 148 clinical materials of the patients with PCOS were collected in our hospital . Five groups were divided for the medication: Group A : 28 patients managemented by stimulating Hormone chorion gonad with Clomipheni. Group B: 36 patients using Human menopausal gonadotropin and Hormone clorior gonad for stimulation.Group C:38 patients managemented by Clomipheni and dexamethasone with Hormone clorior gonad. Group D: 48 patients managemented by Clomipheni and Metformin hydrochloride Enteric-coated and Hormone chorion gonad.And group E: 8 patients managemented by Gonadotropic homone releasing hormone analogue and Human menopausal gonadotropin and Hormone clorior gonad. RESULTS: For Group A(CC/HCG),the everage pregnancy rate is 18%(5/28), which is the lowest of the five groups. The efficency of GroupB(HMG/HCG) and Group C(CC/Dexame) are not show much differents,which is about 22.2%(8/36) and 23.6%(9/38). GroupD(HMG/MHEC) with the rate 25%(12/48) is little higher.But the most usful method is GnRHa/HMG/HCG treating for Group E,with the pregnancy rate of 50%(4/8) .CONCLUSION: The therapy of GnRHa/HMG/HCG is more effective than other 4 methods for the patients with PCOS,which would raise the pregnancy rate of them and improve the clinicle application ......
