【摘要】目的：探讨脑卒中患者便秘的成因和护理干预措施。方法：综合分析108例患者便秘临床症状及形成原因，并对症给予相应护理干预，并观察临床护理疗效。结果：综合护理干预后，卒中患者便秘的临床症状明显得到改善。结论：临床护理干预能有效改善患者的便秘症状，减轻痛苦，提高疗效。

    Discussion on the causes for constipation of stroke patients and the experience of its modular nursing.

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate causes and nursing intervention measures of constipation for stroke patients. Method: The aggregate analysis of symptoms and causes has been made from 108 cases of stroke patients with constipation . At the same time, we give specific nursing intervention measures according to different symptoms and observe the effects. Result: clinical manifestations of stroke patients with constipation have been considerably improved after the comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Conclusion :clinical nursing intervention measures effectively improve constipation symptoms, relieve pain and promote therapeutic effects. ......
