【摘要】 目的：分析总结气压弹道碎石术(URSL)治疗输尿管上段结石的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2005年7月～2010年7月我院应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者72例。结果：72例患者中49例一次碎石成功，成功率68 %;18例未一次成功，结石均移位于肾内，术中放置双J管，术后全部行体外冲击波碎石治疗成功，6个月内结石均排净；5例因输尿管迂曲入输尿管镜失败改常规开放手术治疗。结论：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石安全、可靠，对组织损伤小，且随着对输尿管镜气压弹道碎石技术的熟练掌握和改进，手术成功率越来越高，可做为治疗输尿管上段结石的理想的选择。

    【Abstract】Objective: To analyze and summarize lithotripsy (URSL) treatment of upper ureteral calculi in clinical application. Methods: Retrospective analysis in July 2005 ~ July 2010, our hospital ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral stones were 72 cases. Results: 72 patients in 49 cases of a gravel success, the success rate of 68%; 18 patients without a successful, kidney stones are moved in, double-J tube placement surgery, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy line after all the successful treatment, 6 months of stones were drained; 5 cases tortuous ureter into the ureteroscope failed to change conventional open surgery. Conclusion: ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy of upper ureteral stones is safe, reliable, on tissue damage, and with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for technical mastery and improvement, increasing the success rate of surgery, can be used as treatment of upper ureteral stones ideal choice. ......
