【摘要】目的:探索手术室护理护生实习临床的带教方法。方法:运用本院制订的护理实习临床带教计划与措施，实施带教并对效果进行讨论。结果:通过长期的临床带教与探索，认为此带教方法切实可行。结论:本院制订的护理实习临床带教计划与措施合理、有效，可实施性较强。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore nursing students operating room nursing clinical teaching methods. Methods: applied with hospital nursing practice clinical teaching program and measures, with teaching implementation and effectiveness in the discussion. Results: through long-term clinical teaching and exploration, the teaching method is feasible. Conclusion: The development of nursing practice hospital clinical teaching program and measures for reasonable, effective, and can be implemented stronger.
