【摘要】 目的:对外科手术患者进行心理护理的相关体会进行总结，为今后临床对该类患者进行更有针对性的心理护理提供可靠依据，使患者的治疗和恢复过程更加顺利。方法:随机抽取在2008年10月至2010年10月这两年时间里，在我院就诊的接受外科手术治疗的患者病例134例，对其进在手术前、手术中、手术后，进行全方位的心理护理干预。对心理护理体会加以总结。结果:研究结果显示，通过我们的个性化的护理干预，所有患者在手术前均能够保持正常平稳的心态，从而面对手术；手术过程中都能以积极的态度对手术进行配合；手术之后，都能以乐观的态度度过术后恢复期。结论 对外科手术患者进行有针对性的心理护理，对其术前真确认识病情和手术，术中积极配合手术治疗，术后尽快恢复健康，都有积极的促进作用，值得在今后的临床护理工程中应用和推广。

    【Abstract】Objective to surgical patients psychological care summarizes related experience for the future of this kind, patients with clinical more targeted psychological nursing, make provide reliable basis for the treatment of patients and restore process more smoothly.
