老年中晚期肺腺癌多西紫杉醇单药化疗的近期疗效(1)

     【摘要】 目的 对采用多西紫杉醇对患有肺腺癌的中晚期老年患者进行化疗的近期临床疗效进行比较分析。方法 随机抽取在2006年12月至2009年12月这三年时间里，在我院就诊的患有肺腺癌的中晚期老年确诊患者病例86例，将其随机分为A、B两组，平均每组43例。A组采用多西紫杉醇进行化疗；B组采用培美曲赛二钠进行化疗。对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果 研究结果显示，A组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于B组患者，有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。骨髓抑制是该类患者在化疗后的主要毒副作用，患者的主要临床表现为白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板减少，胃肠道反应，脱发等。结论 采用多西紫杉醇对患有肺腺癌的中晚期老年患者进行化疗的近期临床疗效十分明显，毒副作用相对较轻，可以在最大程度上减轻患者的痛苦，值得在今后的临床治疗中予以使用和推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective using docetaxel, for people with lung adenocarcinoma middle-late of elderly patients with recent clinical curative effect of chemotherapy for comparison analysis. Random method in December 2006 to December 2009 the three years, in our hospital clinic of people with lung adenocarcinoma middle-late of elderly patients with confirmed cases 86 cases, it will be randomly divided into two groups of A and B, on average every group of 43 cases. A group of the docetaxel, the chemotherapy; The beauty culture group B song sodium two chemotherapy. Two groups of patients for clinical treatment effect was analyzed.Results the study results show that A group of patients with clinical treatment effect was better than group B patients, A significant statistical difference (P < 0.05). Bone marrow is so these patients in chemotherapy inhibit the main side effects, the major clinical manifestations of patients for white blood cells, hemoglobin, thrombocytopenia, gastrointestinal reaction, such as hair loss. Conclusion the docetaxel, for people with lung adenocarcinoma middle-late of elderly patients with recent clinical curative effect of chemotherapy is very clear, side effects, relatively light can maximize the ease the pain of the patients in the future, and the clinical treatment of it to use and promotion.
