【摘要】目的 对结节性硬化症患者的主要临床表现和相关CT检查特征进行观察并做总结分析。方法 随机抽取2006年3月至2010年3月，在这四年时间里在，在我院就诊的36例患有结节性硬化症的临床确诊患者病例，对这些患者的具体临床表现和CT检查结果所显示出的相关特征进行系统归类总结，并加以分析。结果 观察结果表明，患者的主要临床症状表现有皮肤改变、癫痫、智力改变等三个主要方面；患者脑室的外侧管膜下经CT检查可见钙化的结节影，双侧脑室都有可能会出现增大现象。结论 对结节性硬化症的主要临床表现和CT影响学特征进行充分详细的了解，对于对该类患者进行准确的诊断和有效及时的治疗，有着积极的意义，值得在今后的临床工作中给予足够的重视。

    【Abstract】Objective of tuberous sclerosis of major clinical manifestations and related CT examination characteristics observed and summing-up analysis. Random method in March 2006 to March 2010, in the four years in our hospital in, a doctor of 36 patients with tuberous sclerosis cases of patients with clinically diagnosed, the patients of the specific clinical manifestation and CT examination results shown on the related features of the system, and the analysis to categorize summary. Conclusion of tuberous sclerosis complex of major clinical manifestations and computed tomography (CT) influence characteristics of learning fully detailed understanding on this kind of patients, for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment in time, it has the positive significance, and in the future clinical practice give enough attention. ......
