【摘要】目的:探讨并评价胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常的临床疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的92例室性心律失常患者的临床资料，给予胺碘酮治疗6周，观察临床疗效和不良反应。 结果 经治疗后，显效49例(53.3%)，有效36例(39.1%)，无效7例(7.6%)，总有效率92.4%，5例患者窦性心动过缓，心率低于60次/min，4例出现甲状腺功能异常，2例低血压，1例纳差，通过降低剂量或停药均缓解，无严重不良反应出现。结论 胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常疗效确切，不良反应少，可显著改善患者的生活质量，值得临床进一步推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of amiodarone for treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Method Clinical data of 92 patients suffering from ventricular arrhythmia were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective rate was 92.4%(85 cases) after the treatment. 5 cases sinus bradycardia, 4 cases thyroid dysfunction, 2 cases hypotension and 1 case anorexia. Conclusion Amiodarone for ventricular arrhythmia is effective, reliable and safe.
