【摘要】 目的：总结胃癌患者术后早期应用肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)支持的临床效果及护理，保证患者足够营养摄入、降低费用、早日痊愈。方法：患者术前均置入I-A液囊空肠导管(包括鼻肠管、硅胶胃管)，术后早期经鼻肠管行肠内营养支持。结论：术后早行肠内营养，可促进肠道功能恢复，也可快速恢复体力，缩短住院日，降低费用。因此，胃癌术后实施EN是使患者早日康复的一条简单、安全、经济、有效的途径。

    【Abstract】Objective: The present study aims to examine the clinical effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition (enteral nutrition, EN) support application in gastric cancer patients. Methods: Early postoperative EN support application was operating through an I-A sac jejunum catheter, which was placed preoperatively in gastric cancer patients who underwent surgery.Results: Early postoperative EN support application can promote not only bowel function recovery, but also physical strength recovery. At the mean time, it can shorten the hospital stay, andreduce cost.Conclusion: Our findings emphasize the important role of early postoperative EN support application in gastric cancer patients. EN is a simple, safe, economical and effective way to promote gastric cancer patients rehabilitation. ......
