【摘要】目的:研究中医虚证与食管癌C-myc基因表达的关系，探讨其临床意义。方法:根据中医辨证标准，将50例患者分为食管癌伴有虚证和不伴有虚证两组。胃镜和手术标本，进行病理学检查及C-myc的免疫组化检查，C-myc基因表达结果用图像分析进行半定量测定。结果:50例患者中有21例(42%)患者有不同程度的虚证表现，其中气虚8例，阴虚5例，气阴两虚4例，气血两虚3例，阴阳两虚1例。食管癌伴有虚证组患者比不伴有虚证组患者C-myc的表达增强，其差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01),虚症患者的转移发生率明显高于不伴虚证者(p<0.05)。结论:中医虚证与食管癌C-myc基因表达关系密切。虚症患者更易发生浸润和转移。

    Study on relationship between deficiency syndrome of TCM and the C-myc gene expression in patients with esophageal carcinoma

    【Abstract】ObjectTo explore the relationship between deficiency syndrome of TCM and the C-myc gene expression in patients with esophageal carcinoma . MethodsAccording to syndrome differentiation of TCM, 50 patients of esophageal carcinoma were evaluated and divided into two groups, the deficiency syndrome group (DS group) and non- deficiency syndrome group (NDS group). Tissue C-myc gene expression was examined by immunohistochemistry.ResultsTwenty one cases (42%) in the 50 patients were DS. Eight patients were Qi-deficiency , 5 Yin-deficiency , 4 Qi -Yin deficiency , 3 Qi-and blood deficiency , 1 Yin-Yang deficiency. The C-myc expression in DS group was higher than that in NDS group. There was significant differences between the two group (p<0.01). In DS group , the metastatic rate was higher too. Conclusion Deficiency syndrome of TCM is closely correlated with the C-myc gene expression in patients with esophageal carcinoma. ......
