睾丸淋巴瘤的CT影像特征分析(1)

【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT在睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析经病理证实的9例睾丸淋巴瘤的CT表现和临床资料,所有患者均行多排螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描。结果：单侧发病6例，双侧发病3例。睾丸肿瘤为无痛性肿块，体积均较大，8例边界较清，1例边界欠清。平扫密度均匀或稍不均匀，呈等密度；增强扫描强化明显，7例强化均匀，2例见小片状稍低密度区。6例伴淋巴结肿大和/或肝脾肿大、或内脏淋巴瘤浸润改变。4例伴精索增粗。结论：睾丸淋巴瘤CT表现具有一定的特征性。结合临床特点，CT对睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断具有较高的价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the value of CT diagnosis for testicular lymphoma. Methods: 9 cases with testicular lymphoma proven by pathology were reviewed.All the patients received pre-enhanced and enhanced CT scan. Results: there were 6 cases with unilateral lesion and 3 cases with bilateral lesions. The most common presenting symptom is a painless mass of testes.The volumn of mass usually were bigger and with clear margin. The desity of testicular lymphoma was homogeneous isodensity on pre-enhanced CT, and obvious enhancement on enhanced CT. Enlargement of lymphnodes and/or splenomegaly/hepatomegaly were seen in 6 cases. In 4 cases, spermatic cord increasement was showed on CT. Conclusion: Testicular lymphoma has characteristic changes on CT. Combined with clinical symptoms. CT are of higher value for diagnosis of testicular lymphoma.
