    【摘要】本文探讨提高内科临床护理的质量措施。近年来，随着医学观念的不断转变、内科临床护理的全面开展，以及内科发展的新形式与护理工作任务繁重及患者及家属期望值增高的矛盾日益明显，如何提高护理质量是每位内科医护工作者当前面对和深思的问题。文章首先分类讨论了影响内科临床护理质量提高的因素，然后根据笔者的多年内科医护实践经验提出提高内科临床护理的质量措施，值得推广应用。
