    【摘要】目的:探讨妇产科阴道不规则出血的原因、临床表 现及治疗分析。方法 随机将本组40例患者分为2组，对照组20例不规则出血采取临床止血药物进行治疗。结果:显示观察组效果优于对照组。观察组20例中，因身体不适终止药物治疗1例，其它19例(95%)的患者体质改善明显且达到稳定，临床治疗3个月后，部分患者血动力学、体温稳量，患者自觉症状好转明显，血量控制改善，阴道恢复正常状态。结论妇产科女性阴道出血具有复杂的原因，临床医师应对病情明确诊断，进行必要的实验室检查，采取有效的治疗和预防措施，做好随访工作，可使不规则阴道出血的时间减少，并降低了感染的发生率，缩短出血时间和减少出血量，改善了阴道不规则出血的症状。
