【摘要】
目前妇科慢性盆腔炎的发病率呈上升趋势，主要是对APID未能彻底治愈和缺乏预防知识，导致反复发作与感染所致。在APID未能彻底治愈的问题中包括：未能正确认识APID的病原体、用抗生素不合理、治疗疗程不够以及盲目用药等；预防PID知识教育不足问题，导致不能保持会阴部清洁和性传播感染的病原体因素继续存在等问题进行了浅述。

【Abstract】At present the incidence of gynecological the chronic pelvic inflammation is increasing, is mainly to the APID not thoroughly cure and lack of prevention knowledge, led to repeated attacks and caused by infection. In the APID not thoroughly cure problems include: failed to correct understanding of the pathogen, APID with antibiotics is not reasonable, treatment course and not enough use drug blindly, etc; Prevent PID knowledge education shortage problem, which could keep the clean and sexually transmitted infection factors of pathogens continue to exist the problems such as shallow above. ......
