【摘要】

    气管插管是保证呼吸通畅最有效、最确切的急救操作，是抢救心肺复苏和病危患者的一项重要手段。广泛应用于各种原因所致的气道阻塞、窒息及呼吸和循环衰竭的急救。因此能否迅速成功插管是抢救成功。作者通过几年来的临床实践，对急救气管插管过程中易出现的并发症进行分析，总结经验，提高抢救成功率。

    【Abstract】 Tracheal intubation is to ensure unobstructed breathing the most effective and accurate emergency operations, is to rescue critically ill patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and an important tool. Widely used due to various reasons, airway obstruction, asphyxia and respiratory and circulatory failure of the emergency. So can a quick and successful rescue intubation was successful. The author through years of clinical practice, emergency intubation prone to complications during the analysis of experiences, and improve the success rate.
