急性百草枯中毒的救治护理体会(1)
【摘要】目的：探讨急性百草枯中毒的有效治疗措施与护理体会。方法：对2008年起至今共计117例急性百草枯中毒患者均进行及时积极的抗毒、排毒治疗以及针对性的系统护理。结果：经过系统的治疗及护理，上述患者中68例临床救治成功、49例死亡或病情加重放弃治疗出院，总共救治成功率达58.1%，处国内领先水平。结论：急性百草枯中毒目前尚无特效解毒剂，尽早施行积极抗毒排毒治疗以及针对性的系统护理，让患者主动参与治疗，在提高患者临床救治成功率中具有重大意义。【关键词】百草枯中毒； 救治；护理体会

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effective treatment of acute paraquat poisoning and the nursing measures. Methods: from 2008 to the present total of 117 cases of acute paraquat poisoning patients were timely active antitoxic, detoxification treatment and targeted system nursing.
