精神科风险管理及护理安全防范
【摘要】目的：为回避风险，切保护理安全，提高护理质量。方法：对我院发生的5起纠纷进行回顾性分析，结果：发现护理工作中存在的风险问题来自于病人及病人家属、社会及护理人员。结论：提高护理质量，保障护理安全已成为护理管理者新的追求目标，也是广大病友对护理工作提出的新希望[1]只有努力学习，规范护理服务行为，才能减少或回避风险。【关键词】风险管理;护理安全;质量

【Abstract】Objective:toavoidtherisk,cutthecareandsafety,improvethequalityofnursingcare.Methods:thehospital's5disputeswereretrospectivelyanalyzed,results:nursingrisksfromthepatientandfamilymembersofpatients,socialandnursingstaff.Conclusion:toimprovenursingquality,ensuringnursingsafetyhasbecomethenursingmanagersinthenewpursuitofgoals,butalsoforthevastnumberofpatientsinnursingworkinthenewhope(1)bywasonlytostudyhard,tostandardizethenursingservicebehavior,toreduceoravoidtherisk.
