50例上消化道出血患者的护理
【摘要】目的：探讨上消化道出血的有效护理，提高护理质量，减少病死率。方法：对50例上消化道出血患者实施有效护理。结果：50例患者平稳度过危险期，其中痊愈出院48例，好转出院2例。结论：细致、周到、科学的护理可预防消化道出血引起的各种并发症，提高患者生存率。【关键词】上消化道出血；护理

【Abstract】objective:tostudytheuppergastrointestinalbleedingeffectivecare,improvethequalityofnursing,reducemortality.Methods:50casesofpatientswithuppergastrointestinalbleedingimplementeffectivenursingcare.Results:48patientsrideoutthecrisis,including46casesofpatientwasdischarged,improvinghospitaldischargein2cases,2casesofseverebloodloss,leadtoshockafterdeath.Conclusion:carefulandthoughtful,andscientificcarecanpreventthebleedingisallsortsofcomplications,improvepatientsurial.
