【摘要】 目的 探讨双相抑郁与单相抑郁人口学、病程、临床特征和人格等方面的异同点，提高对双相抑郁的诊断识别率。方法 符合CCMD-3双相抑郁和单相抑郁诊断标准的患者72例和178例，进行一般情况、SCL-90、HAMD、MMPI评定。结果 双相抑郁与单相抑郁比较，首发年龄和住院年龄小，未婚多，学历高、脑力劳动者多；SCL-90和HAMD评定差异少；MMPI的Pd、Ma量表分高，L、Si量表分低。结论 难以从临床症状上区别单、双相抑郁，MMPI可能是鉴别单、双相抑郁的有效工具。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate similarities and differences in demography, course, clinical characteristics, personality etc between bipolar depression and single-phase depression thereby improving identify ratio of diagnostic of bipolar depression. Methods There were 72 patients which conform to bipolar depression and there were 178 patients which conform to single-phase depression, which to be assessedin ordinarycondition, SCL-90, HAMD, MMPI. Results In bipolar depression, the age of first falling ill and the age of in hospital's patients are younger. The unmarried patients are more and there have higher record of formal and engaged in mind. But there are smaller different in the results of SCL-90 and HAMD. The points of Pd, Ma in MMPI are higher but the points of L, Si are lower. Conclusion It's hard to distinguish the bipolar and single-phase depression in clinical symptoms. Maybe to distinguish them use MMPI. ......
