【摘要】 目的 探讨大学生自我效能感与自尊之间的关系。方法 采用“自我效能感量表”及“自尊量表”，对177名大学生的自我效能感和自尊进行了测量。结果 ①大学生自我效能感性别差异不显著(t=-0.65，P>0.05)，城乡差异也不显著(t=-0.37，P>0.05)；②大学生自尊的性别差异显著(t=-2.09，P0.05)；③大学生的自我效能感与自尊有显著正相关。结论 自我效能感是影响大学生自尊的重要因素。
