【摘要】 目的 探讨航海专业学生的心理健康问题。方法 本文采用问卷调查法、数理统计等方法，对大连海事大学航海专业学生的心理健康问题做出分析研究。结果 有31%的学生认为自己伴有精神压力，压力来源排序在前两位的是毕业分配和生活空虚，并且有87%的同学认为应该设立心理咨询，这说明绝大多数的航海专业学生已经可以很客观地看待自身问题。结论 航海专业学生存在一定的的心理健康问题，教育工作者应予以关注，并应加大开展心理咨询工作的力度。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental health status of the navigation major students. Methods By applying the methods of questionnaire, statistics, etc, the article analyzes the mental health status of the navigation major students. Results It shows that 31% of students think they have mental pressure, the main sources of which are employment and vacuity. And 87% of the students believe there should be psychological counseling, which shows that the majority of the navigation major students have viewed their own problems objectively. Conclusion There are still some psychological problems in the navigation major students, and the educators should pay more attention to them, and set up more psychological consulting organizations. ......
