【摘要】 目的 探讨民族自治地区高职学院教职工的心理健康状况。方法应用SCL-90对1所高职学院176名教职工进行测量。结果 总均分 Z检验显著高于全国常模，2项因子分显著高于唐综常模，多数因子分显著低于车氏测量。因 子项均分t检验与岗位类型无关，而与 年龄和性别相关。结论 该校教职工总体的心理症状反应尚可，个别中青年 女性略差。

    Analysis on the Results of SCL-90 Test of the Teaching Staff of Vocational Colle ges in National Autonomous Regions. Sun Yawei, An Nong, Shen Jianmin. MethodsThe 176 teaching staffof a vocational college in Inner Mongolia was measured by means of SCL-90. Resu lts The average score of z test is higher than the national Norm; two o f the fa ctor scores are higher than Tang's Synthesizing Norm; and most of the factor sco res are lower than Che's test. The average score of t test has nothing to do wit h types of work, but it has correlation with age and sex. Conclusion The mental health of the teaching staff in the vocational college is at thenormal level, but that of some respective young and middle-aged females is some what low. ......
