【摘要】 目的 了解经历了医疗纠纷的医师心理健康与应对方式情况。方法：采 用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对200名持有医师职业资格证的医师 进行调查，并将未经历医疗纠纷者作为空白对照组，结果采用SPSS.12进行统计处理，并进 行组间对比分析。结果 经历医疗纠纷的医师在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌 对等因子与应付方式积分上高于未经历的医师，经历医疗纠纷的医师中，年青医师在人际敏 感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子与应付方式积分上高于高龄医师，统计学检验P<0.0 5或P<0.01 。结论 医疗纠纷对医师 的心理健康呈负面影响，但医师经历越多这种负面影响越小，值得将老医师的经验向年青及 未经历医疗纠纷的医师推广运用。
