急性应激反应的心理治疗的个案研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 矫正大学生恋爱的急性应激反应表现出来的情绪失控、哭喊、寻 死等症状。方法 采用心理认知疗法对某高职大一女生N进行干预。 结果 急性应激反应是对刺激评价源认知不足,从而导致不良的情绪反应。 结论 有效的行为刺激评价源认知治疗应激反应,调节个人的社会行为和心理活动 ,使情绪反应恢复正常。【关键词】 应激;急性应激反应;个案研究;认知干预

【Abstract】 Objective To correct college students negative emotion,crying, suicidal etc. symptoms for love acute stress reaction. MethodsA Vocational freshman N was intervented with Cognitive Therapy. Re sults Showed that: acute resp onse to stimulation cognitive evaluation of the source inadequate, resulting innegative emotional responses. Conclusion Effective evaluation ofthe source of cognitive therapy to stimulate the stress response, regulating thesocial behavior and mental activities to resume normal emotional responses.
