【摘要】 目的 结合职业生涯规划理论及现状，从个人职业生涯规划的咨询实践 出发，通过分析个人职业生涯规划的实际咨询案例，探索个人职业生涯规划的流程。方法 综合运用HTP(House•Tree•Person)、箱庭、霍兰德职业性向测验，结合 职业生涯理论。结果 综合 HTP、箱庭、霍兰德职业性向测验、具体职业生涯指导4方面所进行的个人职业生涯规划，对 个人具有显著的指导效果。结论 综合HTP、箱庭、霍兰德职业性向测验、 具体职业生涯指导4方面所进行的个人职业生涯规划，可作为个人职业生涯规划咨询流程具 体运用。
