    【摘要】探讨老年急性心肌梗死患者便秘的护理方法，以防止便秘时排便用力导致心脏破裂或引起心律失常、心力衰竭。对降低病死率、减少并发症有重要的临床意义。

    【Abstract】The article explores ways to provide care and treatment for patients with AMI and constipation.Proper nursing can prevent heart rupture，arrhythmia and heart failure caused by too difficulty to defecate when constipation.It helps greatly to reduce death tate and tcoronary desease.
