【摘要】目的：探讨术前访视在妊娠高血压疾病综合征中的应用价值。方法：将100例妊娠高血压综合征而需要行剖宫产的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组患者给予剖宫产的常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，于术前第1天接到手术通知单后，由明天负责该台手术的护士进行术前访视，术时由进行术前访视的护士负责接送产妇到手术室。结果：比较两组产妇入院时及手术前的血压、心率、焦虑值和效果，具有可比性，P>0.05；观察组的产妇术前的各项指标均显著低于对照组，P<0.05；观察组的效果明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：术前访视能有效地缓解妊娠高血压综合征产妇手术前的紧张、焦虑情绪，使手术过程中的血压、心率维持稳定，是确保产妇的剖宫产手术顺利进行，减轻术后并发症，促进母婴健康的有效护理措施。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the value of preoperative visit in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods：100 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients who need perform caesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50).All patients received routine nursing；the patients in the observation group received preoperative visit before operation by the nurse.The preoperative blood pressure，heart rate，anxiety score and effect were compared in two groups.Results：The blood pressure，heart rate and anxiety score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05)；the effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：The preoperative visits can effectively relief the anxiety emotion of parturient with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome before operation，maintain the blood pressure and heart rate at a stable level.It is the effective nursing measures to ensure the success of caesarean section，reduce postoperative complications and promote the health of mother and infants.

手术作为一种应激源，使患者产生较明显的强烈的心理应激反应而出现紧张恐惧等心理，引起生命体征及病情的变化，甚至影响麻醉和手术的正常进行[1]。而妊娠高血压综合征孕妇得知自己患病后本来精神比较紧张，加上需要进行手术而导致精神更紧张而出现焦虑的情绪，易出现血压升高、心率加快以致影响手术过程。我院对100例妊娠高血压综合征而需要行剖宫产的产妇随机分为对照组和观察组，对观察组进行术前访视。观察患者的心理及生理状态。研究术前访视在妊娠高血压综合征患者中的应用，预防并发症的发生，收到满意的效果，现将体会报告如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料：病例为我院2006年1月～2008年10月在本院住院分娩、入院时诊断为妊娠高血压综合征(参照妊高征诊断标准)[2]、有手术指征的择期手术的妊娠高血压综合征的患者，共100例，年龄19～44岁，孕周34～42w，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组的患者不进行术前访视，观察组进行术前访视 ......
