    【摘要】在医疗市场竞争日趋激烈的当代社会，要使医院真正为广大民众提供高质量的医疗服务，就必须弘扬医学人文精神，将现代医学技术与医学人文精神相结合，实现科技与人文的互补，方能满足广大患者多层次的需求，适应现代医学模式的转变，实现医院的可持续发展。
