    【摘要】目的：了解巨大胎儿分娩对母儿产生的并发症及探讨相关因素的预防措施。方法：对我院2005年1月～2008年2月104例巨大胎儿进行临床分析，并与同期分娩104例正常体重儿组作为对照。结果：三年间住院分娩总数3404例，巨大胎儿发生率3.06%，巨大胎儿剖宫产率比自然分娩率高，自然分娩易对母儿产生不同程度并发症。巨大胎儿组产妇产前指标、剖宫产率及产后出血显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：提高诊断技术，加强孕期保健，正确处理产程与分娩，可降低巨大胎儿的发生率，减少巨大胎儿引起母儿并发症。
