    【摘要】目的：了解乡镇医院临床护理、助产人员的职业防护意识，为职业防护、职业安全的管理提供依据。方法：对354名护理助产人员、进行职业防护相关内容问卷调查。结果：乡镇医院临床护理助产人员的职业防护意识淡薄，存在职业感染的危险性。结论：针刺伤及液体瓶、安瓿伤，接触抗癌药物等造成护理人员的职业危险性客观存在，应加强对临床护理助产人员的职业防护知识培训和防护管理。
