    【摘要】新生儿脐部护理中常见的问题有脐出血、脐炎、脐肉芽肿，严重者可合并全身感染。为确保新生儿健康、提高护理质量，采取出生时正确断脐、严密观察、做好脐部日常护理、保持局部干燥、对脐部不同时期的临床表现采取不同的护理方法，取得了良好的效果。

    【Abstract】 Common problem has omphalorrhagia，omphalitis，umbilical granuloma，grave person may combine the whole body infection in newborn navel nursing.Be to ensure that newborn health，improve nuring mass，cut off the navel，close observe，correct the daily nursing，keeping navel drying，the different periods to the navel have adopted different nursing method，have got fine effect.
