【摘要】总结6例张力性尿失禁患者行尿道后韧带褥垫式缝合术围手术期的护理。术前做好心理护理及术前准备,术后严密观察生命体征、阴道出血情况,做好伤口、留置尿管的护理,及早开展功能锻炼和出院指导,防止各种并发症。

    【Abstract】Conclusion from the nursing to 6 cases of tensity urine incontinence patients who receaied opisthodetic ligament bedding type sutures surgery.Before the surgery,let the patient have preparation and do the necessary surgery prepares.After the surgery,strictly observe the life symptorn and vaginal bleeding. Do good wound care and pay attention to the cetheter put inside.Start physical training as early as possible and do some preparation for leaving hospital in case any other complicationg may happen.
