【摘要】2008年席卷全球的金融危机已波及到中国,严重冲击我国大学生的就业率。分析金融危机背景下的大学生就业情况对高校开展针对性的就业工作有指导意义。转变大学生的就业观念,做好高校就业指导工作,提高大学生就业率,是关系社会和谐的大事。

    2008年席卷全球的金融危机来势凶猛,对我国经济影响较大,从而直接影响高校毕业生就业率。2009年高校毕业生人数610万,再加上近几年沉积下来的未就业的毕业生,今年需要就业的大学生人数近千万。而由于金融危机的影响,用人单位缩减招聘计划,同时很多出国留学的中国学生可能会选择回国就业以及由于外企的裁员,有很多工作经验丰富的人员重返就业市场,有很好技术的农民工可能重新选择岗位,这些人才对高校毕业生的就业造成很大压力。在金融危机的背景下,在竞争激烈的情况下,分析大学生的就业情况,做出行之有效的对策,提高高校毕业生就业率,值得探讨。
