万古霉素和液态庆大霉素复合骨水泥体外药物释放的研究(1)

【摘要】目的探讨单独应用万古霉素骨水泥,万古霉素和液态庆大霉素复合使用的抗生素骨水泥药物释放的比较,为临床应用提供理论依据。 方法分别在40g骨水泥中加入1g万古霉素,1g万古霉素和160mg庆大霉素,用紫外分光光度仪测不同时间点各组的万古霉素释放浓度。 结果 载有与不载液态庆大霉素的万古霉素骨水泥药物的释放规律相似,载有液态庆大霉素和万古霉素的骨水泥使得万古霉素的释放率提高约51%。 结论 万古霉素和液态庆大霉素复合骨水泥有利于促进骨水泥中抗生素的释放。
