    【摘要】目的 观察经尿道前列腺等离子气化电切术患者灌洗液温度对体温的影响,选择理想电切灌洗液温度。方法 将150例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各75例。实验组灌洗液温度控制在37℃,对照组采用常温下电切灌洗液。结果 实验组患者体温能保持相对衡定,对照组患者体温下降(P<0.05)。结论 理想的电切灌洗液温度为37℃,它能减少患者体温下降幅度,缩短体温恢复时间,维持患者的正常体温,降低患者手术风险。

    The study and nursing of influence to body temperature of plasma gasification irrigating solution

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence to body temperature of prostate plasma gasification irrigating solution through urethra, and select Ideal temperature of plasma gasification irrigating solution. Methods Divide 150 patients into control group and experimental group randomly. There were 75 patients in each group respective. The temperature of experimental group was 37℃ and the temperature of control group was common temperature. Results The body temperature of experimental group was permanent and the temperature of control group degraded (P<0.05). Conclusion Ideal temperature of plasma gasification irrigating solution was 37℃. This temperature can maintain the normal body temperature of patients and degraded risk of operation. ......
